Small tapered vase, 'fossil', 18cm
Hand thrown stoneware vase.
Glazed in a warm neutral with dark brown edges. A prominent speckle and subtle crazing in the glaze add surface interest. A difficult colour to describe but I think the images are pretty true, although screens will vary.
A single 'unglazed' stripe makes a striking design and looks great as it is or with a few flowers or stems.
Approx. 17cm tall and 6.5cm across the base.
The top opening is about 3.5cm.
